While living in Atlanta, she visited the St. Simons Island second home of a friend. The property was actually owned by twelve golfing buddies who each
had one month per year of ownership. This concept of shared ownership of a quality destination property resonated with Marge. With her entrepreneurial
spirit she developed a determination to bring the concept to her new community, the beautiful Gulf coast of western Florida. Local changes strengthen her belief that shared ownership of a second home, based on percentage of use, is both appealing and practical.
